When will I receive my script(s)?
Once we have verified your payment, we will send you your files immediately.
What are the licensing terms?
Each purchase is valid on a single domain name basis. If you would like to use any of our scripts on more than one domain, you will need to purchase a license for each domain.
Are there installation instructions with the scripts?
Yes. Each script contains a readme file which explains how to set-up the scripts step by step.
Can I change the design, look and feel of the scripts?
Yes. All of our scripts can be edited in appearance in any way you wish.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes indeed! If any of our scripts do not function properly on your server, you have adhered to the software minumum requirements and after the failure of our support team to provide a solution to the problem, you will unquestionably be entitled to a full refund. Please note, refund requests older than 30 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible.
Minimum Hosting Requirements
In 99% of cases, your hosting company will have these minimum requirements:
- PHP4 or PHP5 installed on your server.
- MySQL (some scripts have a database).
- mod_rewrite

We offer email technical support 7 days a week. We include free technical support along with the purchase of our scripts. This support includes: assistance with installation & script operational questions / issues.
